ORDERING INFORMATION — read attentively

Please email for availability of an item before ordering.

Any item ordered from Firecloud Arts is sent with a 72 hour approval period upon receipt of payment. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within the 72 hour period for full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for insurance and return shipping charges.

At this time I am only able to accept payment by check, cashiers check, or money order. I hope to be able to begin taking credit card payments in the very near future. Personal checks must clear before item can be shipped.

When you place your order we will email you with the total amount of your purchase, including the shipping and sales tax (for California residents), by phone or by e-mail.

Items will be placed on hold for 7 days only pending receipt of payment.


Shipping is by either USPS or UPS and is quoted on a per order basis; shipping is not included in the price of the item(s).

Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada area slightly higher than those within the contiguous 48 states.

All shipments are insured for the purchase value. If any damage occurs in transit please notify me so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
